A Public Performance Pairing Murder Ballads with Songs of Empowerment by Women, on and for International Women's Day. Artists include Karen Hogg, Rani Arbo, Pamela Means, Lara, Natalie Hamilton, Charissa Hoffman, Merly De La Hoz-Cookson, Amanda Monaco, Magdalena Abrego, Emily McDermott, Kate TenEyck, Karen Dahlstrom. Held at the First Church Middletown, UCC. This event is made possible with support from the Department of Economic and Community Development, Connecticut Office of the Arts, which also receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
